An interesting turn of events....
Jun. 23rd, 2006 03:09 pmI've not been writing my reviews like a good little girl, but who gives a flying fuck, really? I'll do 'em later.
I've halfway-cleaned my room. Now, instead of a huge pile of clothes sitting on the floor, there's a half of a huge pile of clothes sitting on the bed. I also have about two boxes of books that are going to go on the desk/bookshelf that I hope to move in soon. Yay for more shelfspace! But, it also takes up wallspace, which means no poster-room. Which is sad, because I may have to take down my LotR poster. :( BUT, it only has Viggo on it, so I'm not that worried. I'll put up pictures of Dom, Billy, and Sean B.....
Okay, I'll move onto the big news now. There were already plans for family coming to visit, then, adding onto that, a few friends might possibly come out here, and, the really big part that just got added today, my ex might be coming. I've remained semi-good friends with him, although sometimes we can't stand each other, but this time will be the first time (I think) that we've seen each other face-to-face since we broke up. I'm hugely excited (he is my friend, after all), but at the same time, I'm dreading it. Will it be weird? AAHHH, I'm going to drive myself crazy. All the more reason for my room to get clean, though.
Now, I must finish this sodding writing assignment. At least it's not like the last class where I had to write papers, this one seems like mostly questions to answer. Except it's due Monday and I've not really started. Is anyone seeing a pattern here? I've also not finished a few books, and I was recommended The Time Traveler's Wife, which I really want to start, but it's a library book. I hope I can finish it before it's due. I hate late fees.
PS: I cannot spell weird for the life of me. Every time I try, I spell it 'wierd', and that just looks normal to me. Lucky for me, I never do anything without a spell check, even though I'm a very good speller.
