A/N: This chapter is dedicated to bloodrayveness, because she'll like it.  :)  I think this is my favorite chapter so far. It took a lot of work to pare this one down to just 400 words. It just feels so short.

I went ahead and posted the next chapter of RunAway, because it is Tuesday now. Actually, I was thinking of doing it earlier (on Monday) because tomorrow today's going to be busy for me.

So, my hair is red again. I don't know exactly how it looks because it's still wet right now, but yeah. Yay!

There was something else I was going to say, but I don't remember what it was. Oh well.

Orientation and such

Just replied to all the comments for RunAway (which I'm now spelling with a captial A because of my and Raquel's mental block about it being Runway instead). There were a lot for this chapter! It makes me so happy to see that people are actually reading my stories. :) And if I start posting on Saturdays as well, that means I'll need to pick up on actually writing the fic again. I haven't written a new chapter in a while, and pretty soon, you guys are going to catch up to me!

Orientation thing was cool. I didn't learn much, so it was mostly just mingling. But: tons of hot guys. Its like, all of the guys there were just... beautiful. I was amazed. None looked like Dom though... (did I ever post about the guy that looked so much like Charlie Pace it scared me?) Anyway, I saw two of my old friends that I haven't seen in over a year. At first they didn't recognize me! I have grown up a bit, but wow. I'm glad I know more than one person there, though. Oh, and I found out that the newspaper is looking for a copyreader/proofreader person, and they'll PAY me to fix spelling and grammatical errors. I'm totally going to do that.

Also, I need to think of a good username for a real-life journal. I can't beat "silentdescant", though.

Another also: I'm going to introduce my friend to slash fiction. I'll start her off with some gen stories, then maybe a few PG or pre-slash, but eventually, I will make sure she reads some good fics. I don't think she'd like C-verse, though. Which is sad. Because I want to rec that to everyone.
