omg not fair

I just downloaded a free sample of Deviations: Submission on the Kindle. This was a mistake for a few reasons. 1) the Kindle's attached to my mom's amazon account, so she could theoretically see this free sample, 2) because it's attached to my mom's account, I can't really download the book, even though it's only SIX FUCKING DOLLARS, 3) even if I had the ability to, I wouldn't download it on an amazon account of my own, because my dad works at amazon and would be able to look up things I order in less than a heartbeat, and finally, 4) NOW I REALLY FUCKING WANT THIS BOOK. Oh my GOD, it's so fantastic, and that's just the first couple of chapters. And it cuts off right before their first scene. NOT FAIR. I WANT MORE.

OOH, I JUST THOUGHT: maybe it'll be at B&N or Borders or something. GOD I HOPE SO. Then I'd be able to buy it with CASH. So even though it wouldn't be on the Kindle, I'D AT LEAST HAVE IT. Will search on B&N... THEY HAVE IT. Online, at least. Fucking 14 dollars, but THEY HAVE IT. Hmm, how can I find out if it's actually at the store? And where's the nearest B&N to me omg? I seriously want to buy the whole series. I think it's four books total...? BUT SRSLY. It's like C-verse, only with people other than Dom & Billy. And that sample got me TOTALLY HOOKED. This series was recommended on a couple different lists I've read. So far, it seems totally worth it.

ETA: There's a B&N in Bellevue Square (why didn't I know that already?!). Maybe I can check it out after school one day.
