silentdescantI feel as if I'm waiting for something to happen, but I don't know what, or even if it ever will happen. It's a bit of a confusing state to be in. I don't know if it's all in my mind or if something really will happen, and if something does happen, will it be good or bad?
Here, have a fic excerpt:
Billy rolled over in his sleep and hooked his arm across Dom’s bare back. Dom was lying on his stomach with both arms curled beneath his pillow, his head turned towards Billy. Billy curled himself closer to Dom, stopping just short of intertwining their legs. Dom smiled sleepily. He was in that place between awake and asleep where he was aware of his surroundings, and especially aware of Billy, but his mind was just fogged enough that he couldn’t quite open his eyes.
Believe it or not, this is part of one of my most insane, fucked up WIPs. But this little bit seems safe and happy and pleasant, doesn't it? lol
