silentdescanttoday's my sister's sweet sixteen, which isn't all that sweet because she just got over the flu and she's got a fucked up tendon in her leg. >.< but anyways, cue my mad wrapping skillz. YAY SPARKLY PAPER. (haha, Raquel, I did so much better wrapping your presents omg) I should take pictures, now that I have a camera of my own!
for some reason, my grandparents sent her a pretty bracelet that looks really expensive. um, she doesn't really wear jewelry. besides those rubber bracelets that say "DOG AGILITY" and "ROCK CLIMBING" and stuff like that. LOL oh well. and as it's purple, I suppose I won't, ahem, "borrow" it.
but anyway, one of her presents isn't for her alone. YAY ACROSS THE UNIVERSE DVD OMG. I'm sure we'll be watching that tonight. *DANCES*
and also, completely unrelated, I resolve to finish at least one of my WIPs and post it before the week is out. or post a 'part 1' of something longer. I dunno. but I will be posting something, because I've finally gotten the writing bug back and I have SO MANY WIPs OMG.
