silentdescantextremely sucky grades: Physics - C+, Italian - B, Writing - B+
that sucks. it really does. BUT, besides the writing one, they're better than I thought. (I thought I would get an A- in writing, though I am impressed that I managed to get full points on class participation things when I... totally didn't do it.) I thought I would get a C- in Physics and a C-something in Italian. So, yay? I suppose.
I've already gotten a lecture from my mom, and I've already lectured myself, and I hate that I did this badly. but in the spirit of staying positive, at least they're better than I thought, right? right.
I swear I'm going to do better next quarter. 1) no idiot physics teacher, 2) last quarter at this school, 3) Italian's getting better again, 4) these classes are actually going to be INTERESTING - at least, I hope so, 5) did I mention no idiot physics teacher?
my books are ordered; they should be here on Wednesday. yay! looks like there's gonna be a LOT of reading for the King Arthur one, but at least it's INTERESTING. and have I mentioned this Sex&Sexuality book before? IT LOOKS SO AWESOME. I can't wait for that class, really.
so yes, next quarter's going to go so much better, I promise. I want to end on a high note.
oh, and that cute physics guy? as time went on, he just got more and more annoying and boring. gah. what is it with boys? he started off cute and nice and interesting, and then it just got kinda "....ooookay then." y'know what I mean?
and also, music. first of all, I'm suddenly very into Lily Allen and I totally want to buy her CD, and secondly, this video is in that weird freaky-awesome-hilarious zone.

tomorrow: piano lesson, more editing of Citadel, and hopefully The Other Boleyn Girl. I can't believe the recital's in a week. >.< and also, I love Citadel, still. it's one of my favorite things I've written, I think. and finally; I've heard good and bad things about that movie, and I just really want to see it to satisfy my curiousity. and to see Jim Sturgess. 'cause seriously, he's adorable. LOL
